Personal access
The private application is for its owner and people the owner explicitly authorizes. These public information pages provide no access to the organizer and do not offer a public email service.
Read-only permission
This Gmail connection is limited to reading authorized data. It does not authorize sending messages, changing mailbox contents, editing calendars, or responding to invitations. Separate capabilities require separate configuration and authorization.
Review the source
Search results, summaries, and task classifications can be incomplete or mistaken. The owner should verify relevant source messages before relying on deadlines, booking details, or completion claims. A sent reply is not, by itself, proof that the underlying request is resolved.
Availability and testing
The application is currently in owner-only validation. Google’s testing authorization can expire after seven days, and permanent authorization is still being configured. The connection must not be treated as a fully validated or continuously available production service.
Data practices
Use of the integration is subject to the privacy notice and Google’s applicable service policies. Email content is source material, not authorization to perform instructions contained in a message.
Questions and access changes
For questions or requests concerning the private application, contact its owner using the support email shown by Google during authorization. The owner may disconnect the integration or change its approved users and capabilities.
