How this personal integration accesses and handles Google email data.

Who operates the application

Local Organizer Mail — read only is a personal application operated by its account owner. For questions, use the support email shown on Google’s authorization screen.

Data the connection can access

With the owner’s authorization, the Gmail read-only permission can access account identity, message and thread identifiers, senders, recipients, subjects, dates, labels, and email contents. This permission also permits reading attachments, although the current validation does not download them automatically.

Why the data is used

Access is limited to the owner’s requested email search, correspondence review, summaries, and personal organization. This validation checks the connected account and retrieves selected search results and message metadata. It does not copy the entire mailbox.

Processing and storage

Gmail remains hosted by Google. Authorized requests are handled by the owner’s self-hosted n8n connection. OAuth credentials are stored using n8n’s credential system. The validation workflow is configured not to retain successful, failed, or manual execution payloads in execution history.

The owner controls retention of any separately saved results and local task records. If AI processing is enabled, its providers and routing must be reviewed before email data is supplied to them; hosted providers must not be enabled silently as a fallback.

Sharing and limited use

Google email data is used only for the owner’s personal-organization functions. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Any support or setup inspection of selected results requires the owner’s authorization. The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control and revocation

The owner can disconnect the credential in n8n and revoke the application’s access in Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized API requests. It does not delete original Gmail messages or any local copies the owner previously chose to save.

These public pages

This static information site does not retrieve email, handle OAuth tokens, or ask for Google credentials. It includes no application analytics or advertising scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and timestamps, to deliver and secure the pages.

Changes

This notice must be updated if the application’s permissions, processing providers, storage, or sharing practices change. The update date appears on every page.
